What started with a passion for brewing craft beer has grown into a full-scale, 40,000 sq ft production facility capable of bringing a wide range of beverage concepts to life—from beer and spirits to non-alcoholic products, soda, tea, and sparkling water.

• A 50-barrel brewhouse with batch sizes from 50–200 BBLs

• Extensive fermentation capacity to support scaling production

• Tunnel pasteurization for product stability and shelf life

• High-speed canning lines for 12oz and 16oz cans (PakTech and carton packaging)

• High-speed kegging for 1/2 BBL and 1/6 BBL kegs

• An on-site lab for quality assurance throughout the production process

• A 300-gallon, 3-column hybrid still for premium spirits production

• Packaging capabilities for a variety of spirit bottle sizes
