Two Brothers Brewing & Walgreens VIP Brewery Experience Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Illinois, age 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Two Brothers Brewing Company, Walgreens, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of such employees are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins November 30, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends February 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, scan the QR code and complete the entry form in its entirety during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted through unauthorized methods will be void.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Two Brothers VIP Brewery Experience for four (4)), which includes:

Dinner at Two Brothers Tap House or Roundhouse
A guided beverage tasting
A $100 Two Brothers Gift Card (approximate retail value: $250)

Important: Alcohol is not included as part of the prize. All other expenses not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Sweepstakes ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification and must present valid government-issued photo ID to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Two Brothers Brewing Company, Walgreens, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible entries
Technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties
Any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules, in the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

9. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in DuPage County, Illinois.
